Wanted:
Organizations that want to increase Sales
My research indicates that besides having quality products, making it big in Sales requires:
- Recruiting and retaining successful Sales Professionals
- Highlighting the Incentive Systems that will drive the desired behaviours
- Investing in the team through effective sales & product knowledge training
- Building two-way communications and accountability through on-going coaching & mentoring
Hi, I’m Richard Elmes, The Sales Dating Guy, and I can help you and your sales organization discover those ways by delivering thought provoking keynote presentations, facilitating interactive training, conducting powerful on-on-one coaching. I can also act as your interm Sales Manager.
I could tell you that I have my CSP (Certified Sales Professional) Designation from the Canadian Professional Sales Association and that I have over 21 years of Sales / Sales Management / Sales Training Success in order to show you that I have a lot of sales experience to draw on.
Or I could tell you that I have designed and facilitated 11 different sales, communications and strategic planning training programs for 4 different organizations, delivered over 1000 presentations and was awarded the 2004 Showcase Speaker of the Year by the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, in order to show that I can be successful in front of a room.
Or I could even tell you how I helped increase sales at a Dental Supply company by 17.72% in the first 2 months, or how a Management Consulting company that I was helping increased sales by 302%.
I could also tell you how I led a Retail Sporting Goods store to an 83% sales gain over the previous year and how I was awarded my Toastmaster Districts President of the Year, in order to show you my credibility as a leader.
But, as impressive as that may be, you may still question whether me and my Sales Dating approach can effectively make a difference with your Sales Team.
So instead of me telling you about my accomplishments, I will let some of my participants and coaching clients tell you what they think about me and the value that I bring to the table.
